Biography
Patrocinio Ubaldo devoted 24 years of nursing service overseas in Canada, specializing in Cardiac Care. Now returned home, she brings global best-practices, evidence-based care, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of Filipino nurses in service of nation-building.
