Our Purpose

Kapatiran ng Nagbalik at Magbabalik na OFW Nurses ng Pilipinas is a national fellowship of Filipino nurses who have served the world and now stand together — as returned or returning kababayan — to modernize Philippine healthcare, lead with excellence, and reintegrate with prosperity.

We advocate for the returning nurse, mentor the next generation, and partner with government, hospitals, and academic institutions to translate decades of overseas experience into transformative change at home.

Our National Role

As a national organization, we champion policy reforms, publish practice standards, mobilize community health missions, and represent Filipino nurses in domestic and international healthcare fora — always with the Filipino patient at the center.
