Biography
Rosario Ubaldo devoted 18 years of nursing service overseas in Ireland, specializing in Surgical Nursing. Now returned home, she brings global best-practices, evidence-based care, and a passion for mentoring the next generation of Filipino nurses in service of nation-building.
